Damaged or Incorrect Items  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.  
We will offer a replacement or a full refund — no return required.

Returns (Change of Mind)  
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.  

Please note: While our satisfaction guarantee extends to 30 days, product returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may offer alternative solutions such as partial refunds or replacements depending on the situation.

To be eligible:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition  
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Refunds  
Once your request is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days  
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
